We base our consignment guidelines on 14 years of experience and sales trends. If you will be offended for any reason if your items are donated on your behalf, please do not plan to leave them. Below, we provide extensive guidelines, but ultimately, we make the decision on what goes on our sales floor. In general everything must be sales floor ready (clean, working, while following our guidelines). If we are unable to take more then 50% of your items you will risk account closure.
-Always arrive prepared with your own label to mark your container & any larger items prior to arrival to include date/name/phone#/acct
-We do not accept items in trash bags left in our totes, items must be neatly transferred over with clothing removed off of hangers, and neatly folded.
-Clothing items must be three years older or less. (exceptions are vintage and classic styles)
Baby strollers, highchairs, cribs, Pack N' Plays, & baby equipment with multiple parts must be put together before bringing to consign. The only exception to this rule is if they are new in package.
All baby equipment must be free of stains, food, and be in *like new condition*
-Any glassware must be wrapped and recently cleaned preferably in a dishwasher
-Please be aware that if your items have any odor at all like smoke/mothballs they will be immediately disposed of and your account will be closed
Items covered in hair/pet hair will be donated
-Limit of 10 per drop off on books, kids DVDs, shoes, jewelry
-Lamps must have a light-bulb, items that require batteries must have working batteries as everything must be displayed in working order.
-When bringing items with any loose parts please make sure they are very clean and all parts are in a ziploc bag and taped to the item, any info/instructions is appreciated especially on complicated toy sets
-We do take jewelry, You may bring 10 jewelry items at a time, must have a resale value of at least $13 per item
-Handbags and wallets must have a resale value of at least $20 each
-Baby/Kid's clothes - Max 20 outfits per drop and place laundered outfits together laid flat in our tote
In a nutshell, we strongly suggest you walk through our store before you decide to consign, this gives you a much clearer understanding of what we are taking & selling. We take things customers are willing to buy, near perfect, desirable items.

We are pleased you want to join in our success! BY LEAVING YOUR ITEMS FOR CONSIGNMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE BELOW TERMS:
You will receive 40% of the selling price of your items, items priced above $100 you will receive 50% of the selling price. Your items have 60 days to sell (this starts the day we put your item on our sales floor) The selling price can be reduced by us at any time (we offer a military discount) and reserve the right to put items on sale at any time per our discretion. Any UNSOLD items you would like to claim from the sales floor must be done prior to your 60 day end date. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOUR 60 DAY END DATE THEY WILL CONVERT TO THE PROPERTY OF LULU’S CONSIGNMENT We do our best to safeguard your items but cannot be responsible for customer damage or theft. A small buyers fee is added to your items to cover our processing expense, this fee is paid by the buyer, not you, the consignor. You risk account closure by leaving COUNTERFEIT items or not pre-sorting your items according to our guidelines. Stop in any time we are open to collect money owed to you on your account (a check can be mailed upon request please call 828-687-7565 for a $1 fee) You UNDERSTAND ALL ITEMS WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT WILL BE DONATED TO A LOCAL WORTHY CAUSE *all accounts with no activity for 3 years will be automatically closed
